We walked back to our cars having to use our flashlights on our phones because the back and the parking lot were too dark. We said good night to the fellow guests and left. After sitting for several minutes without our hostess saying anything to us. We never knew what the 3rd glass of wine was! We were then presented with our dessert which was tiramisu which was good also. In the middle of our entrée we received another small glass of red wine and was put into the glass that we were already using even though there was a clean glass on the table. The visiting chef then presented us with roasted chicken and polenta which was good. We were then given a small glass of Pinot Noir. The tomatoes should've been put in a tomato sauce and not served b/c they were mushy. We were given our salad which was very over ripe tomatoes with burrata. There was no type of introduction nor a toast (In the Italian tradition, The toast is always made at a family gathering). I was looking so forward to this dinner because I am Italian and lived in Indianapolis for many years watching Mario and Michael compete in the Indianapolis 500! We were first met by Eva in the Andretti store and was given a small glass of Sauvignon Blanc. We went to the Andretti dinner experience which was $90 a person on October 2, 2015.
